Welcome to iMood AI ("iMood", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iMood mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by iMood Lab. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Digital Human Content

The Service lets you create digital twins ("Digital Humans") from uploaded video and audio. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and consents to the likeness, voice, and content you upload;
• You will not create a Digital Human of any person without their explicit consent;
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, deceptive (including impersonation or deepfakes intended to mislead), or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, and branding, is owned by iMood Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payments and Tokens

Certain features require purchase of tokens or subscriptions. All purchases are final except where required by law. Prices and features may change with notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Digital Human outputs are accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMood Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
