This Privacy Policy explains how iMood Lab ("iMood", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the iMood AI Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

• Content you provide: videos, audio, images, and text used to create and interact with Digital Humans.
• Usage data: device information, app interactions, and log data.
• Payment data: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating Digital Humans;
• To personalize your experience and provide companion interactions;
• To process transactions and manage your account;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Biometric and Likeness Data

Creating a Digital Human involves processing facial and voice characteristics. We process this data solely to provide the cloning and interaction features you request. You may delete your Digital Humans and associated data at any time from within the app.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
